"Getting into my account has been easy"
I assumed there might be some login hassle, but so far it’s been totally fine. The account page loads fast, and it keeps me signed in when I need it to. Nothing complicated, which is pretty much what I was hoping for

The app is easy to move around in, which is the main thing I care about. I can find live games and replays without having to dig through a bunch of menus, unlike some apps that act like hiding the game is part of the experience.
Pages load quickly for me, and the layout actually makes sense. Nothing feels tucked away or confusing, which I appreciate. I mostly use it on my phone, and so far it just works the way it should.

"They did reply to my message..."
They did reply to my message, so I can’t really complain too much, but it definitely took longer than I was expecting. I kept checking my inbox like I was waiting for concert tickets or something, which is a little dramatic, I know. In the end, they answered my question, but the wait was kind of annoying.

I was in a relaxed mood when I signed up, just hoping to catch more regular matches without overpaying. The subscription feels fair for what you get. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but if you watch sports often, it still feels worth it.

The cancel option worked without any issues, and when I reached out to support about the refund, they got it sorted faster than I expected. The money came back fine and there wasn’t any drama. "Billing got fixed after a little while"
I had a payment issue at the start and somehow got charged twice, or at least it looked that way. Support got back to me after about a day or so and sorted it out, and the refund came through not long after. It wasn’t a perfect start, but everything seems to be working fine now.
